Nominator Rameena Rahman says: David is our Logistics Lead in the Antelope Valley. He meticulously maintains all of our vehicles and main storage areas, as well as keeping our DAT vehicle ready to go at a moment’s notice. David is also an active shelter volunteer, surveying a majority of the shelters in the Antelope Valley and preparing us for disaster. In addition to maintaining our readiness, David is also the person we call when we need someone to stand up a shelter as well as being a member of the DAT team. David is an integral part of the success of the Red Cross in the Antelope Valley and we’re so happy to have him!
